With a bachelors and master’s degree in Criminal Justice I have a passion for helping people who have been impacted by the criminal legal system and also preventing others from entering the system when adequate resources and rehabilitation are possible.

I believe that we all tell stories in our lives. We walk around judging others by the stories that their lives are telling. The parts of the stories that we are seeing. Forgetting that we are only seeing one part of their story. Everyone deserves to have their whole story be heard with dignity and empathy. Everyone deserves a chance to tell a better story and to have the systems and barriers torn down that have kept them from living that story to the fullest. If I can be an advocate in that process it is an honor.
